Anyone ages 16 and up who are looking for low-impact exercise, and to gain improved posture, flexibility, muscle length and strength. If you enjoy exercise such as yoga or pilates, but want something that feels more like dancing, barre au sol is for you!
These classes are especially helpful for those with a passion for dance, who are looking to improve their foundation technique or increase their abilities as a dancer, such as: adult beginners, returning dancers, professionals and everyone in between.
